Most of the walls in my house are wonkey drywall. In the shower I'm surrounded by brick. I'm not dumb enough to punch the brick. I'm mad enough to hit the drywall, maybe hit one of the mirrors, go to the emergency room and have them pick shards of glass out of my fist. I can't look at him or I'll smash his face. My bikes gone, of all the fucking times, my bikes gone now.

I have found throwing shoes at the wall to be particularly helpful in the past. Nothing to clean up except shoes all over the floor, and maybe some black marks on the wall.
