Saturday, March 19th, 2011 07:02 pmI didn't want to work on anything for the new job, my art, or MSH stuff: my left eyeball was throbbing out of control and needed to do something else today.
I worked on finishing painting the back patio. I started it last fall (remember dirt-colored eww stucco is now brilliant white stucco?), then paused a bit for winter. Today was very warm and sunny, a good time to finish painting my stucco edges and paint the windows trim blue.
I painted the wood for the Ishihara Color Plates at the same time, so it wasn't entirely a full day of "back stressful work! back!"
------------
I'm burned out on food. I cannot think of anything that tastes good or would be fun to cook. John wants burritos for dinner, easy.
I picked up a few cookbooks at the library: Creole, Key West, and Israeli. Maybe I'll dig up some good ideas.
