Sunday, February 20th, 2011 06:27 pmSince two of my new employers made such nice compliments I figured I best keep wearing nice things to the office. Or they might make me wear scrubs. I dislike scrubs.
Yesterday I dug through my closet and found that I had purchase many nice things for my Medicare position, but some items needed to be washed, hand-washed, ironed, mended, or was a-camisole-short-of-a-whole-outfit.
I have many skirts, a few turtle necks, many nice jackets, and 4 office appropriate slacks (Friday is Jean Day).
I made note of what I needed and visited the land of hit-and-miss-for-cheap, Ross. 3 camisoles, 2 blouses, 2 sweaters, 1 t-shirt, 1 Nike swimsuit-for-swimming ($75 marked down to $20), 1 tablecloth, and 1 scarf ($35 marked down to $5). $90.
Did not find any shoes or nice accessories. Would anyone like to go to True Love with me next weekend?

Lillian had the opportunity to eat Gir today and did not. She didn't even scare the loose bunny. Scared the hell out of me though. Good dog.

I am not supposed to have sweet potatoes, so I only make it once a year.
