It Came From the Pantry: Japanese Golden Curry Medium Hot

with assorted udon noodles.

This one time I tried to make Japanese curry sauce. It was horrible. I buy it now.

I may like the Vermont Apple Curry better, but it has soy. This one is fine. Not hot at all though.

Yeah, for some reason, I'm fine with the idea of doing my own Indian and Thai curries from scratch, but I don't know about Japanese curries so much. I feel like with the Japanese Golden Curry, I want to use a whole lot of it to get an adequate amount of flavoring.

My family always use the Golden Curry blocks. Me and Kid like spicy, but Husband can't handle it so I usually make the medium hot...
