So many day

That was too much day.

-Paid my bills
-Eyeball homework.
-Worked on MSH.
-Went to work! For 6h.
-Dry cleaners
-Made ratatouille
-Made Apple Butter Cupcakes with Ras el Hanout frosting.
-Made MSH packaging prototype.
-Off to read a book.

I used apple butter instead of apple sauce, added golden raisins, and used Ras el Hanout in the frosting. Yes, I am amazing.

Depends on how many is too many. You need 30-50lbs to make apple butter.

Apple Butter. Peel and dice apples. Dump in big pot with some cider, set on low (or crock pot if they'll fit). Cook down until it resembles apple butter. I like to add a bunch of Garam Masala.

Apple Sauce is the same with much less cook time. Think mashed potatoes.
