I got the Burning Man ticket order form.... I just don't know.... I'll probably end up, if I go, buying them 2 months ahead of time... *sigh* I WANNA go, but I don't know what life will be like then.

Last years resolution was to get in a relationship with a girl.... I had a short, sorta relationship with a girl and ended up with a transvestite. I guess that counts.

Okay, this years resolutions are....
BIKE MORE
more crazy sex.
Travel.
Learn to cook REAL Italian and tasty Thai.
Girls.

Much partying to do this evening.

whoah. Those are MY resolutions, too! (Well except the cooking ones because I don't seem to have cook-fu.)

mmmmm. Italian and Thai. Authentic Thai was last year's project and was a fair success, particularly the curries. This year it's authentic Mexican. I haven't done authentic Italian yet.

OOOO! OOOOO! Would you please teach me what you have learned on the curries? You can come over to my house or I'd drive over there sometime.

You bet...though there's not much to impart because Thai curries are simple if you can do stir fry. The tough part would be making the pastes, but since it's really hard to get the good fresh ingredients needed to make them I usually buy them in jars.

mmmm. currrrrrrry.

Priorities, priorities...

In my (very biased) opinion, there's only one way to do it. Just decide you'll go, and make it happen. Life will accommodate if you plan ahead.

What's the url or mail address to get the burning man application? After like 10 years of wanting to go, I think I'll go.

As far as tickets go- my strategy is to buy them and try to go and if you cna't make it-like me last year- sell them to your friends. dave and marlena were more then happy to buy my cheap tickets.
Also, you'll get a better price if you draw pretty pictures on the envelope. I learnt that strategy doing mail order grateful dead shows, and have applied it for 2 years to Bman and it has been a smash success. I get the good prices. And if I can't go there are plenty of procrastinators out there who I can help come July.
Let's go! It'll be keen! I am determined not to miss it this year!
