While I've pottered around on GIMP before, today was the first time I tried to design art with it.
I did eventually figure out how to do what I needed, but I'm pretty burnt out in the process.

New lappy is really great. It does the stuff I want it to quickly and smoothly. It communicates and plays very well with my Nomad. Soon I will introduce it to the printer. Oooo..scary.
It's nice to re-learn that technology should be helpful, not curse word inducing.

Visit to the eye dr. today. I know why my eyes are swelling shut, I know there's nothing she can do, I just hoped for magic.
