Today there was not a cloud in the sky! So nice, clean highways and few people on the road.

Date: 2009-03-28 02:29 pm (UTC)Work had people talking about our snow policy (we don't have one) and working from home and whatnot. Maribou called me at work to say "dude, it's bad out there. Go home *NOW*."
If the rate of acceleration of how bad it got from noon to 2ish continued through, say, 6ish, I wouldn't be posting this. But it got really, really bad over the course of 2 hours... then held for an hour... then turned into just another bout of snow.
Followed, of course, by another day in the 50s.
I was one of 8 people who showed up to work on Friday.
Driving home, the roads were bone dry.
