Perhaps you too have read, "Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing" and remember the infamous "eat it, or wear it" scene.

Pirate is not eating. It is somewhat difficult to force feed a bunny. I made a bunny shake out of spinach and pineapple and ground pellets and pedialyte. Yummy. Injecting it down his throat is not fun for any of us. Fortunately, bunnies hate to be dirty. I've been dunking his paws in applesauce and smearing as much "bunny shake" on him as his fur will hold. I come back later and he's all clean.

Cats must be much more difficult than Pirate since cats have the bitey end and all the pointy appendages. Pirate just sort of attempts to look away, no bitey, no wiggley, just, "Please stop."
