which is great, because I spent $60 on records the other day at Black and Read because my studio computer is behaving badly so I needed music to make art to because most of my albums are hardcore or just stuff that's hard to make art to (this is so not a Leonard Cohen piece). I wanted introspective music about water.

I got:
OutKast- Speakerboxx/ The Love Below
The Dust Brothers- The Dusted Years
Thomas Dolby- The Golden Age of Wireless
Delerium- Poem
Adrian Belew- Lone Rhino (an autographed copy with strange hand-drawn comix, for Paulo if he's the one who likes Adrian Belew)
David Bowie- Never Let Me Down
David Bowie- Tonight
Roger McGuinn- Cardiff Rose (Jolly Roger might have been my first exposure to pirates)

I turned down Tool- Lateralus on vinyl because it's $45. You could get it for me for my birthday.

I had no idea about that. I see this album from time to time, I'll keep a look out for the others.

The only reason I knew is I've had both the Spring issue, and at least one other at one time or another.

I might even still have them, someplace. No turntable though.

[edit]
I have the 2nd and 3rd, it would seem. Leipzig is a wonderful song, listen if you can find it.
