Normally, we'll only leave the house to see a movie if: Johnny Depp is starring or Angelina Jolie is naked. Alas, John has a thing for Michelle Pfeiffer and we are both Gaiman fans.

We just got back from Stardust.

We loved every second of it. Brilliant, so funny I fell out of my chair, beautiful (some parts shot in Iceland), and De Niro plays a gay sky pirate (it's a big year for namby pirates). DE NIRO!

The witches house is under the same waterfall that I took pictures of with the hexagon basalt columns.

=v= I can totally see Michelle Pfeiffer in that role. She was in a great adaptation of A Midsummer Night's Dream (http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0140379/), in which she played Titania, the goddess of bicycles.
