threemeninaboatI entered Tai Chi class angry and ranting.
My instructor said, "I guess we're doing the whole Form to focus this energy and clear the air."
The form takes 45 minutes. I've only done half, never even seen the whole thing.
After rocking out the whole thing in half an hour, I only missed in 2 places, and earned much praise.
