chicken stock
Port (From the Port of New York??? Oi, must buy some new port. I think Mark left it here.)
Chipotle peppers in sauce
dark chocolate cheese (god this was a good cheese)
roasted beets
dried cherries
pecans
goat cheese

Salad of pea shoots, green apples, and carrots. (peas shoots, it MUST be spring)

It's REALLY pink, but very very good.

What would you do differently in your kitchen?

If you've designed your kitchen, or not, I'd like to what you want in your kitchen if you could. Like we're putting hardwood floors in our kitchen because we are grossed out by tile and our kitchen has tile. Like, "I regret not putting in...." or even "LG Fridge is a horrorshow!"
