Butter
Arborio rice
chicken stock
Port (From the Port of New York??? Oi, must buy some new port. I think Mark left it here.)
Chipotle peppers in sauce
dark chocolate cheese (god this was a good cheese)
roasted beets
dried cherries
pecans
goat cheese

Salad of pea shoots, green apples, and carrots. (peas shoots, it MUST be spring)

It's REALLY pink, but very very good.

Beets is a bridge I just can't cross. We were raised on nasty canned ones. I hear they're quite good when properly cooked.
