Green Tomato Pie

I made green tomato pie for dinner.
The recipe called for me to coarsely grind my tomatoes. I retrieved my never used Kitchen Aid grinder that my dad gave me. That is one mesmerizing kitchen gadget right there. I could watch that thing digest tomatoes all day. I'd bet gows would love it.

Green tomato pie is fine in the way that adding 2 cups of sugar and a slog of spices makes anything good.
