(no subject)

The first frost date is rapidly approaching so skazat and I spent the morning pulling all the tomatoes and large portion of the amaranth. I didn't have patients until 4:30 so I went over to Paulino Gardens and a lovely lady helped me find some excellent xeriscape plants for the upper bed that I am no longer allowed to water.
-russian sage
-spanish broom
-red yucca
-irises
-some other things.

I also found 2 gooseberries, 3 helbores, some coral bells, and replaced the begonias in the house with those crotons with the skinny leaves.
