Berries Romanoff

The Cruise Room (nee McCormicks) makes the best Berries Romanoff. It's not on the menu, but they make it every time I ask. It's one of my favorite desserts and is fully accentuated by the surrounding.
I've just figured out their recipe:

Berries
Crème fraîche
a tiny bit of powdered sugar
orange liqueur

It took lots of time to figure that one out because I'm not very familiar with crème fraîche. I tried ice cream, and whipped cream, and sour cream, and yogurt and none of those worked out even though that's what the internet told me to use.

I licked the bowl.
