8th anniversary traditional and modern gifts by year of marriage - bronze, pottery, appliances, and linens.

Isn't every year the "appliances" year? Were we supposed to go eight years without a fridge? Or do we upgrade this year to bronze appliances?

I got randomdreams bike shorts and a revolting medical book suggested by eyeteeth. He got me the Ana Juan New Yorker Watch. Perhaps we will go bash something out of bronze together or wash the linens.

The Library is Done!!!

Mostly. There's 2 spots that need caulk, and 3 spots that need trim. We'll get to that someday.

But it's functional and quite nice!
