We are not invited.
Which is fine. When the rapture comes I can have the jumpy castle all to myself.

Corned Beef.
When I was a kid we had Corned Beef the week after St. Patty's day. First when the beef hit the clearance pile, and then every time money was low. Dad would buy all the $2 Corned Beefs and stick them in the freezer. You can usually find enough couch cushion change to buy a enough cabbage and potatoes to feed a family of 5 for $4. Not including left overs.
The butcher is having a stock-the-freezer Bison sale. I've been asking them to do one for years. I went in to place my order and found Corned Bison.
I've never cooked Corned Anything. I found a particularly amazing looking recipe here and it's making my house smell awesome.
