I just had MouCo's ColoRouge and it's one of the better cheeses I've ever tasted, certainly in that price range (about $1 an ounce). http://www.mouco.com/ I can't believe I've never had it before.
Every time I go over to our new local specialty market, Etta's Place, I leave with something amazing.

I spent 7 hours in my studio today. I'm usually a 2-3h person so that's a big push for me. I'm sore all over. 1 completed start to finish, one finished, one started.

Around 8 p.m. John looked all moosey at me and said, "Dinner?" I sighed loudly and went to go check the fridge.

Green Lentil and Tomato soup with Goose Stock. (leftover, hidden behind the milk)
Homemade bread.
...not quite enough..... needs a cheese plate.
1 thinly sliced apple, 1 chunk havarti dill, 1/4 ColoRouge, a fist-full of blueberries.

A VERY good Friday night meal.
