Red Velvet Cupcakes

Today I made Red Velvet Cupcakes with Vanilla Bean Cream Cheese Frosting

Perfect! So very tasty, better than the bakery. I love Red Velvet Cake.
I'd only do 2 cups of sugar in the frosting though.
And is there another way to frost cupcakes other than the smear-with-spatula or pastry bag? My arthritic hands can't pastry bag very well.

birdmojo got Lillian a ball that she has to roll around and it gradually spits out her dinner. So much clanging around my house. It makes me wish I could give his cats slide whistles. But she loves it.
