Monday, January 17th, 2011 04:40 pmMy dear friend Joe (of Kitchen's Ink) and his lady are coming for dinner this evening. I know they like Indian.
John was running up to the fridge last night chanting, "Pasta, pasta, pasta!" *rummage* "Pasta, pasta *opens rubbermaid*, HEAD! HEAD! OH GOD IT'S A HEAD!"
"It's a leg."
"I wanted pasta!"
"That's in another container."
I've got a boneless kid goat leg marinating in cashews.
I'll also do something Chickpea and Potato, then something cauliflower, rice, and naan.
