Saturday, April 11th, 2009 09:42 pm40) Welcome to the Dahl House by Kenneth Dahl. 122 pgs.
Old guy on a skate board ranting about how the kids don't know real punk rock. Yup.
41) The Salon by Nick Bertozzi. The font was too small/too run together to read much of this book, but Pablo Picasso as Prickasso was really funny. And I had no idea what was going on.
42) Chicken with Plums by Marjane Satrapi, 84 pgs.
I love all of her stuff. So sad.
43) Stuck Rubber Baby by Howard Cruse, 210 pgs
I cannot remember if I read this before or just and excerpt in an anthology. It is excellent all the same.
44) Constantine Hellblazer: The Fear Machine.
This made no sense.
45) The Artful Dodger by Nick Bantock, 213 pgs.
Despite the fact that I've met him multiple times, I still cannot hear his voice in my head.
I love this book. A wonderful description of what we as artists do and an exultation of collage as a fine art medium. This was comforting and helpful.
