In a month I will be so knee deep in education I will have no time to cook. Eating at a sub shop every day gets a bit expensive, and demanding that
randomdreams cook 4 nights of the week is really really scary.
Lana brought up the idea that her co-worker chucked ingredients into a ziplock bag (or tupperware), threw it into the freezer, then when she needed a meal, dumped the contents into the crock pot every morning. Done and hot when you get home.
Brilliant. There's a million crock pot ideas on the internet. It'll be mostly winter anyway. I can make a tons of frozen corn bread muffins or rolls to go with it.

Again, I was thinking out loud about what to do about the lunches. I'm not really good at sammiches.
The local tamale hut sells really great tamales for a pretty great price. Freeze them in foil and later pack it into the engine block. Hot Tamales. I could either make, or buy kolatches and do the same. Ham and cheese kolatches are awesome.
