(no subject)

Before the first class students are required to complete a paper and read a chunk of the book.
Descriptions of what to write and read are uploaded to the school website at least a month before the class start date.
My teacher did not upload the requirements until seven days before class.
The teacher claims this was the schools fault. The school claims it was her fault.
The PDF says that she did not create the document until 8/31.

I have completed the homework but have no book from Amazon yet.

If she lowers my grade for not having the book yet, what do I do?
I could by the book at the school bookstore but would rather not be out $200, plus the $40 on Amazon I paid.
