Wednesday, March 14th, 2007 09:14 pmSomehow, the last time I was in my cups, I took a chunk out of my boot. It's all scuffy and craptacular. Fill in scuffs with Sharpie before job interview.
Problem:
4 inch square heeled knee high black leather boots aren't in season. I should have bought the great pair I saw in January.
Hit Nordstroms Rack (the mecca for out of season shoes): No great boots, 4 pairs of ugly boots.
Hit Famous Footware (desperate): No boots at all.
Maybe tomorrow I'll go to the mall.
The job interview was strange. I need to learn "corporateeese" again.

...I can buy $200 worth of shoes if I want to, I have great credit for emergencies for a reason... I was thinking WHY WHY doesn't Merrell make waterproof black leather knee high heeled boots so I can look hot in Iceland while hiking volcanoes? Turns out they DID.
