Do you even LIKE Pork?

By far too long ago, my favorite Denver restaurant, Harman's, closed due to rising rents.
Since then when asked what my favorite restaurant is I just start crying.
There are other good restaurants here, but none FAVORITE. There are none that make candied bacon peach ice cream with sprinkles and have lilikoi beer.
The Kitchen is close: but it's far, there's no parking, and expensive, and they are stuck up.

I waddled over there yesterday. There's not a lot of sign that they'll be open soon... but I'm hoping.... and there's a patio.

I think my fave restaurant in Seattle would have to be Canlis, but it's hella spendy. The Dahlia Lounge would be my number two, and Itto's in West Seattle - if it's still there - is a sentimental favorite.

One of my best friends and I are talking about going hog hunting in Oregon later this year, because we *really* want to do a backyard luau.

Goddamn, I wish I had a BBQ pork restaurant/brewery within bicycling distance.
