This month I decided to read about South America.

Eva Luna. I read this already?

Caraval was fine.

Real Friends super cute graphic novel.

Delilah Dirk and the Pillars of Hercules (Delilah Dirk #3) IS OUT NOW! GO GET IT! My copy arrived with Delilah waving at me :)

The Kitchen God's Wife by Amy Tan

Milk!: A 10,000-Year Food Fracas. There's no ending?

The Adult Stroke Patient: A Manual for Evaluation & Treatment of Perceptual & Cognitive Dysfunction.
I haven't read this level of woman on woman misogyny outside of Fox News like ever. I cannot believe she did not die from one of her patients stabbing her in the neck with one of the screw drivers that women don't know how to use.

Have you ever read anything by Isabel Allende? I haven't read any of her books in a long time but I remember finding her work wonderful.

Ahaha *foreheadslap*

I'm stuck in some nonfiction again. Maybe I should bust free!

It took a few passes before I realized you hadn't read the children's book about the fruit bat, Stellaluna.

I do love Isabel Allende. If you're not already aware of it, her memoir/recipe book Aphrodite: A Memoir of the Senses is utterly delightful. My middle school Spanish teacher totally should not have given it to me (I'm sure she hadn't read it first!) but I'm so glad she did.

Was Milk worthwhile despite the lack of ending?
