It Came From The Pantry: Mandarin Oranges

I love the tinny taste Mandarin oranges get from the can. But I can't eat canned food. So I have the ones in plastic, which are not the same. Sigh.

Mandarin oranges
roasted beets
fennel fronds
pickled asian pears (SO GOOD!)

Mystery soup from the freezer turned out to be Cream of Celeriac. It was good.

I get ovarian cysts from the BPA levels. I thought it was dumb until I tried eliminating cans from my pantry and sure enough.
