Failed the test again. I studied even.

Gonna get a stack of letters of recommendation and appeal to the head of the eyeball department.

If you love me enough to write me a letter of recommendation I would REALLY appreciate it. Just write stuff about how no one loves eyeballs more than Nikki and they would be silly not to accept me into their program. PLEASE! It doesn't matter how well you know me, just write stuff.

If they still won't accept me I'm gonna find another eyeball school. Fuck them. I'll find SOME WAY to slice open eyeballs...

What he said. If your dyslexia isn't officially documented, you should rectify that. It'll fall under an ADA issue, then, and they'll have to make concessions for you if they receive any public funding.

I have no documentation other than if you actually looked at the test and saw that everything is backwards. It's never come up, dyslexia has never been that much of a bump in the road to merit paying attention to it. I have a calculator and know how to use it. Mild mental disabiltiy is something I've just worked around, not let it become that important. I can do everything else!

I asked if they wanted to see my ACT scores, college transcripts, high school transcripts, nope. They just want %80 on a math test.

Ah. PIMA. Are they willing perhaps to let you take the exam orally instead of written? Would that even help? I mean, do you grok the math involved, it's just that you reverse numbers and such? Is this a problem that would continue to plague you if you did get accepted?

No, I don't understand math. They might have well given me a test in Italian, at least with Italian I have a sense of intuition.
I've tried, I've dumped tons of money into private tutors and schooling. I've taken pre-algebra 4 times. You don't want to know how I finally passed that class.

Ahhhh dear nikki. I have that math problem too, except You at least have a reason for failing. I just can't do math. As far as documentation for dyslexia, might there be websites which can point you in the right direction for the right type of person who _could_ document it for you. You are so smart. You deserve eyeball school. THough wtf are you studying? Optometry, or eye gouging? I havent' been able to grok the path of study from your test taking rantings.
And I'd be happy to write you a letter too. Not that I have to credentials in math like crossfire, but I was Magna Cum Laude and I can recognize another smart person when I meet them. :)
