I'm a big skinnytaste fan, as you might have figured out. DO NOT make the cheeseburger casserole, though. It's blaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand and boooooooooooooooooring...or so we thought. I usually end up adding more spice to everything, though. So...you know...doctor 'em up...like ya do.

LOL! I was reading those and thinking, "I'm going to need to hide at least 400 more calories in that soup...heavy cream should do it."

That beer bread looks amazing, I'm making that next weekend.

p.s. The chicken pot pie soup needs 1/4c of vermouth. ...and bacon... but just the vermouth will get you pretty far :)

Yeah...but I'm a chubbo, so lighter-ended recipes are my friend. And the pot pie soup would not suffer from vermouth or bacon, but it ain't bad as it is. :) The beer bread is kind of a delicious not-light bread. Noms.

And those little muffins are little if you make 12. Juss sayin'. :)
