Investment Food

Last weekend I traded my guitar for $100 in King Soopers gift cards. (it was a good deal all around)
It would be fun to buy things I normally wouldn't.
Our King Soopers is high end enough to carry blueberry honey and hundreds of cheeses, but they don't have exotic meats, truffles, or booze.

Ideas:
tortas de aceite from Spain.
Mustards.
Olives. Olives. Olives.
Jams.

Your ideas?

One time, instead of buying the inexpensive pepper jack cheese, I bought the expensive pepper cheese. It was an excellent mistake.
