I made the best salsa ever

... I have eaten 2 pints of it in 2 days. No joke. I fell in love with this stuff at Lola's when maribou and birdmojo and I were there. I can make that.


Apple Tomatillo Salsa

4 tomatillos
1 granny smith apple
1/4 onion
cilantro
2 jalapenos
s&p
juice of 1 lime
2 dashes of liquid smoke

You can puree it if you want.
OH GOD.
