An older gentlemen complimented my outfit at the grocery store this morning. I am wearing jeans, "Cars are Coffins" socks, a green tanktop with a silkscreened brown octopus crawling up my front, a little green embroidered jacket, and a big green straw gardening hat. Perhaps he likes eccentric ladies.


I visited an estate sale and found an amazing present for randomdreams ... a squirrel trap.

Clamping traps become illegal in WA with some recent laws, think special exemption written just for rat and mice traps.

Crazy thing, was talking with someone who did wolf research and he said they used the steel jaw traps for catch-and-release studies! I was stunned--would have been sure the traps would break legs, etc., far too often.
