I just blended, roasted, and ground my own garam masala and madras curry powder. The house smells amazing.

As time consuming as it is, there is nothing more delicious and satisfying than preparing your own curry pastes and powders. I love grinding the coriander seeds and cardamon pods - the smells are amazing.
