Often times I come home from work and just stare at the wall and though I'm hungry nothing sounds good.
Today Broccoli Cheddar Skillet Flan

Parmesan-Crusted Polenta with Sausage Mushroom Ragout

and Quick Paella all sounded really good and easy.

I went with the flan because the milk and cheese needed to go and we had Italian last night. But they all sound awesome so I thought you'd like them too.
