Panna Cotta

apotropaic came over for dinner and I made many nice things to compliment her company.

Tomatoes stuffed with hummus and roasted red pepper goat cheese
Spinach salad with herb croutons (first time making croutons!)
Red Wine Cherry Golden Beet Risotto
Bread (nothing too special other than that I made it)
Honey Panna Cotta with Blackberry Kumquat sauce.

The panna cotta was damn amazing. I used 1/2 honey and 1/2 sugar and served it in my octopus tea cups:
