I'm pretty sure we're boycotting Alamos Verdes due to some employment practices. However, just a block north or maybe even less, there's a Mexican restaurant in what used to be an Applebee's and it's *quite* good. The Italian place that moved in where Gemini was is also reasonably good if you like New Jersey Italian. This was Tequila's, at 64th and Ward.
