I made 10 gallons of soup last night... because 7 gallons lasts about 4 days...
6 tatoes
1 big red onion
1 bunch green onions
whole head garlic
2 fresh tomatoes
1 lb steak, cubed
6 big carrots
1 stalk celery
1 zuchinni
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup barley
1 box frozen spinach
fennel
oragano
chicken stock
bay leaves
S&P
other spices

In big pot cook for 2 1/2 hours
