Also... I found a rust spot on my baby *thbbbbt*. Should I put Clear Coat on it to stop it from rusting further?

Bounced checks aren't reported to credit agencies.

You should get the rust off first, and THEN put on some clear coat. Otherwise you'll seal the rust in.
