Things to break

As someone prone to a high temper, may I recommend breaking other objects, rather than punching things yourself. I've tried the "punch wall" thing. It works for a second or 2 and then ends up making me much much more miserable.

Throwing something valuable has a similar cathartic effect, without the trip to the DR. Or the forced therapy sessions.
