My prof just called and canceled class, she's sick. Since this is the first free moment in 6 weeks, we're going out dinner.
Parisi Downstairs isn't open on Tuesday, so we'll probably do Red Tango.
The dog food for the fox in the backyard has been eaten, the whole rain-filled bowl. It hadn't been touched for a few days, so she might have been recovering. I found fox-sized footprints in the garden, left during last night's rain storm. Not enough to deduce if they were cat vs fox, or enough to tell how she's walking. But that cat wouldn't be out in the rain (there's only 1 outdoor cat left in the neighborhood, he's big enough to be left alone).
Her path through the yard still looks used, but nothing grows here to disturb it this time of year.
None of the neighbors have seen her, but most didn't know she was here anyway.
Enjoy our wild America.
