Especially when your lady friend pokes you in the butt while you are sleeping and says, "The toilet is making angry noises that are keeping me awake. It wants you to fix it." You can't really pass that onto a land lord.
Plumbing might be the worst part about owning a home. Certainly it has proved to be the most gross. I can't really make that call though since I delegate problems. Last time I tried to fix anything I made it worse. I get shooed off into the kitchen to make cupcakes.
