Dear Manintheboat,

I apologize for any continued confusion regard our default userpic
policy. You should be aware that drawings, sculpture, and other artificial
representations of genitalia, female nipples, and material of a
sexually explicit nature are included in this policy. In other words, we do
enforce this policy regardless of whether the image is of an actual human
or of an artistic depiction.

In the case of this particular userpic, a female nipple is quite
apparent, and thus this image is not suitable for use as a default userpic.
Once again, you should feel free to use this userpic as often as you
wish as a non-default selection when making entries or leaving comments.

I regret that we will not be able to assist you further at this time.
