My little sister and I were born in the same month, 8 years apart.
"What do you want for your birthday?"
"Some irises and tulip bulbs. I like the black and red irises and the parrot tulips. Write that down."
"That's lame."
"And some money for tuition. What do you want for your birthday?"
"I don't know, you always pick out good surprises."
"Like what?"
"The cleaver."
"That was a great present. I gave out a lot of cleavers that year."
What does an 18 year old need? She's much more innocent than I was and prefers the internet and inspi(red) products to boys and booze. All for the better.
