threemeninaboatWe flew out to Seattle last weekend for Nate's Wedding to a lovely dame named Erica.
Nate is one of my best friends. When I had cancer he called me up and said, "If you don't have heatlh insurance and don't have anyone to take care of you I will fly you out here and pay for everything and take care you." He was diagnosed with colon cancer a week later. We were cancer buddies.
At the wedding there were umpteen people on the brides side and Nates small family on his side. I was the only friend he invited. He winked at me as he walked up the asile and I cried the whole time. He looked so happy. I was so proud of him for putting his life back together and staying on track and picking out a good woman.
Thanks to Marty and Loree for letting us stay with them and to Sancho for letting me rub his ears. It was a break-neck trip but we had a great time.
