It is *extremely* good Italian food, absolutely speaking. What's more amazing is that it's inexpensive. Upstairs you're hard-pressed to pay more than $12, and most stuff is like $8-9. Downstairs, more expensive, yet, somehow, amazingly, better. Risotto with truffles. Yow.
