The Soviet Sprouts

Sprouts has great produce, cotton candy grapes, and kangaroo meat. However, they also have the LONGEST lines of any grocery store ever. No joke, before Carmen they were half an hour long.
Then they hired Carmen and you can get through her line in minutes. I tell her I appreciate her every week.

We peeked in the store, there's Carmen cashiering.
We rush though the store get in her line and right before us SHE TURNS OFF HER LIGHT.
"I'm going to lunch."
"Carmen, don't you DARE leave me! I'll be here for half an hour!"
*looks behind her, the other lines are TEN people deep* "No joke, you'll be here for days. Props to my co-workers but they are SLOW. But I am HUNGRY."
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" *becomes person 11 in the other line, calls manager and demands beer.*
