My poor left side
Friday, October 7th, 2011 03:49 pmMy afternoon patients all canceled so I told my staff, "I'm leaving and not coming back until Monday. Only call if it's an emergency."
I NEEDED a few hours off. The left side of my body is so tense I can't open my jaw or tilt my head.
I walked into the house and told Lillian, "Fuck the dirty floor, laundry, and bulbs. We're going hiking!" She went insane. We hiked an awesome 5 miles of Big Dry Creek. We were both tired, relaxed and mentally rested.
As we're driving home something bites or stings on my left scapula. I have shooty stabby pain down my arm and up my neck. It swells up and gets red and the redness spreads. There's no stinger, sting location, or bite marks. I took a benedryl as soon as I got home. Now I'm all stressed out again that I'm going to die when benedryl coma hits. And my eyeball is twitching.
