(no subject)
Sunday, August 14th, 2011 10:55 pmI need to go to work to get some rest.
We got all the bookshelves assembled and almost all of the books sorted kinda Dewey. Almost all of the Fiction is sorted by alphabet (but not yet alphabetized) and on shelves. Woot.
Lots of, "Where does this go?" conversations:
"Aleister Crowley?"
"Occult."
"We don't have an Occult pile."
"We will."
"It's going in with Religion."
"Welding?"
"In with glass crafts."
"Trains?"
"Transportation, like cars, but planes have their own pile."
"The Encyclopedia of Immaturity? Reference?"
"Kids."
"The Field Guide to Glass Insulators?"
"No idea."
"Collections?"
"We don't collect anything else."
------------
We have merged our Fiction books. You can kinda tell what belongs to who. His are the beat up sci-fi paperbacks, mine are the hardback signed first editions.
----------------
Tuesday night we work on the carpet fixing. and maybe some caulking. Then the rest of the books can go on the shelves.
